  • If you have to put makeup on, use the kind of makeup with sunscreen in it.
  • As far as possible, try and stay in shady areas.

Free Radicals??  Free radicals are unbalanced molecules formed by factors such as air pollution, radiation, and chemicals. A bad high fat diet and too much exercise is also a cause. Acne too generates a volume of free radical activity; people with acne tend to have prematurely aged skin. The extent of the aging process depends on the severity of the acne. Here are some anti aging treatment ideas that can help you keep free radicals at bay:

  • Increase your intake of antioxidants like Vitamin A and E, Subsequently, by taking antioxidant vitamins and minerals; there is the introduction of additional antioxidant resources that help to fight the free radicals that circulate within the body
  • Eat a diet high in colorful fruits and vegetables such as blueberries, strawberries, broccoli, spinach, plums and even Brussels sprouts. Providing our bodies with a generous supply of antioxidants, either from foods or from supplements, may help to prevent disease. However, some indications suggest that, whenever possible, antioxidants are best obtained from foods rather than from the supplements you buy in stores. Vegetables are better raw as compared to cooked, the reason being that the veggies lose some nutritional value.

  • Exfoliation is the taking away of dead skin cells that stick to the outermost surface of the skin also known as the epidermis. Exfoliation, when done properly, leaves the skin feeling smoother and looking fresher. Exfoliating does the skin a ton of good. New skin is revealed and circulation is stimulated.
  • Bear in mind; do not under any circumstance overdo it. YES! It is easy over exfoliate, particularly on the face. Over exfoliating will lead to dry and irritable skin.
